Swedish Massage.
This is the most common massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes on topmost layers of muscles. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energising. Pressure can be adapted to your liking and comfort.

Indian Head Massage.
A traditional treatment from India dating back over 2000 years. The treatment is carried out with the client sat in a chair and can also be performed with no oil and whilst the client remains fully clothed. This sumptuous massage focuses on the upper back, upper arms, neck, face and scalp, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, clear of mind and deeply relaxed.

Hot Stone Massage.
Swedish massage combined with the use of hot stones means your muscles will experience the added benefit of a deeper massage because of the heat, not to mention the deeply calming effect on the mind and body.

Full Body Salt Scrub.
An invigorating treatment to improve circulation as well as overall skin condition. It is a wonderful stand alone treatment, but also works brilliantly when bolted on to the beginning of a massage, or performed before a spray tan.

Kissed by Mii Spray Tan.
